Early Bird Prices (until April 30)
Elders and Knowledge Keepers (Free)
Students and Community Members ($50) for Indigenous local and academic community members as well as all undergraduate and graduate students who do not have funding to attend.
Emerging/Sessional scholars ($200) is for pre-tenure or Sessional/Limited Term Appointment (LTA) scholars who are in the early stages of their careers and/or who have limited funding.
Established scholars ($350) are those with significant funding, Academic Professional Allowance (APA), and/or well-established careers. Established scholars are likely to be in academia but may also be scholars or thinkers in other industries. This category also includes working professionals in any capacity.
After April 30th, prices are as follows:
Elders and Knowledge Keepers (Free); Students and Community Members ($50); Emerging/Sessional scholars ($350); Established scholars ($500)
Registration for all three days includes:
Banquet and entertainment at Songhees Wellness Centre
Three featured keynote presentations
Seven panel presentations
Light breakfast, two snacks, and lunch every day
