Early Bird Prices (until April 30th):

Elders and Knowledge Keepers (Free)

Students and Community Members ($50) for Indigenous local and academic community members as well as all undergraduate and graduate students who do not have funding to attend.

Emerging/Sessional scholars ($200) is for pre-tenure or Sessional/Limited Term Appointment (LTA) scholars who are in the early stages of their careers and/or who have limited funding.

Established scholars ($350) are those with significant funding, Academic Professional Allowance (APA), and/or well-established careers. Established scholars are likely to be in academia but may also be scholars or thinkers in other industries.

After April 30th, prices are as follows:

Elders and Knowledge Keepers (Free); Students and Community Members ($50); Emerging/Sessional scholars ($350); Established scholars ($500)

Registration for all three days includes:

Banquet and entertainment at Songhees Wellness Centre

Three featured keynote presentations

Seven panel presentations

Light breakfast, two snacks, and lunch every day
